ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – The candidate will work for the Chief Investment Officer and the Chief Executive Officer as the third administrative assistant. Degree is preferred. Salary 45-48K + Bonus up to 15% + Outstanding Benefits. This is a temp to permanent position. PORTFOLIO ADMINISTRATOR - The right candidate will be responsible for supporting the team supervisor with the day-to-day functions of the Fund Administration Department. Responsible for the administration of portfolios, including daily cash reconciliation, custodian asset reconciliation, variance research, generation of client statements and performance calculation. Will be responsible for creation of accounting reports to meet custom reporting requests and will assist the team supervisor in reviewing approximately forty-five month-end statements and custodian asset reconciliations. Minimum requirement includes Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance or economics. Salary is 38-45K + Bonus up to 20% of Base + Assets Under Management Bonus + Benefits 100% paid upon hire for employee and dependents. CLIENT SERVICES ASSOCIATE - The candidate will provide cohesive and proactive service to client relationships and will work with CS Teams on relevant projects. Duties include, but are not limited to: collaborate with CS Executives on account star-up, special projects, guidelines issues and other items requiring special attention and manage client relationships with CS Executives. Candidate will keep current on investment strategies, market conditions and key occurrences in worldwide marketplace. Will identify and develop processes or methodologies that improve service to clients. Three plus years of demonstrated experience. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Salary is 45K – 60K + 20% Bonus Potential + Outstanding Benefits upon hire for employee and dependents. GRAPHIC SPECIALIST - The candidate will report to the Manager of Client Service/Marketing Publications and works closely with all members of the Client Service team. Will create/modify presentations for departments using PowerPoint, DeltaGraph, In-Design and other graphic programs, and will maintain and update specific sector/product charts as assigned. Tasks also include interpreting, analyzing and graphing data related rto client portfolio and will proofread materials/white papers on an as needed basis. Must have advanced computer skills (MAC experience preferred); Microsoft Office and Adobe applications. Experience in investment field a plus. BA is required. Salary is 45-55K (flexible) + Bonus up to 20% + Pd. OT + excellent Benefits Paid 100% for Employee and Dependents. SR. GRAPHIC DESIGNER – The candidate will report to the Manager of Client Service/Marketing Publications, works closely with all members of the Client Service team, and other key members of the Firm. The Designer is responsible for all print design related projects in the firm. This includes all corporate communications materials: brochures, invitations, event signage, recruiting collateral flyers and other ad hoc projects. Will Create/design print materials for all departments; Assist in production and layout activities; Create/design and place advertisements in trade publications; And will assist in presentation book production and white paper layouts as needed. 3-5 years Graphic Design experience. Experience in the financial industry a plus. Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Graphics applications. Experience in investment related or other professional services field strongly desired. Salary is 60-70K + 20% Bonus Potential. OTHER POSITIONS: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – A Real Estate Investment and Management Company in business since 1971 with 35 properties in California, New Mexico, and Washington State. There are approximately 125 employees with 25 at the Corporate Offices. Candidate will support the CEO/General Partner, maintaining extensive files and records; preparing correspondence as directed; schedule appointments and maintain calendar. Will also educate General Partner on computer applications; create PowerPoint presentation; maintain website; keep track of other’s schedule of responsibilities; and will be responsible for special projects as assigned. Salary is 30K – 35K + Pd. OT + Bonus. Hours are flexible: 9:30a-6:30 or 10:00-7:00.
